The Islander Bar and Grille in Middleburg Hts., has recently introduced a delicious NEW chef-inspired Lunch and Dinner menu. Our lunch menu boasts traditional favorites like burgers, sandwiches, salads, and our famous buffalo wings. The dinner menu features specialties like our 8oz Sirloin Steak and Tacos with our homemade shells.
